Building Interpersonal Effectiveness in the Workplace

METHOD

Both individual and group coaching or counseling sessions are used as appropriate.

APPROACH

Organizational success depends on INTERPERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS.  You cannot change another’s behavior.  But, increasing your interpersonal effectiveness by adding new skills to improve interactions with others will result in change.  Improved interpersonal effectiveness will yield greater ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS.
